| Shipping Policies as of Feb, 2, 2005 We currently use the "PayPal" system for our online orders, thus we are restricted to either charging a flat rate for shipping and handling or a percentage. Every purchase will have a minimum charge of $4.00 per shipment. The problem that comes with a flat fee which we have switched to is that there is room for overcharging, as any of our previous customers can attest we try to throw in a few small books or perfume to make up for the small difference. We ship via the United States Post Office with delivery conformation by the least expensive rate possible. If you are willing to pay to recieve your books in a more timely manner than we will be glad to accomadate you with that. Simply contact us directly before or after your purchase.
